In two days the training program Creative and Innovative Leadership offers you different ways to create a climate for change. And you'll gain insights into how to take charge in a working environment that stimulates innovation.

You will explore the characteristics of a work place where there is ample space for innovation. In addition, you practice ways to bring up differences in a safe space, make the voice of the minority heard and thus use the wisdom of the whole team.

You will examine your problem-solving abilities by learning about the difference between reproductive thinking, productive thinking, and thinking in polarities. You will gain insight into which thinking mode fits best in a given situation. You'll experience how to foster productive thinking and how to apply imagination to come up with new solutions.

Leadership is not about a hierarchical position. This training program is for everyone with a leading role in change, where innovation and inclusiveness are important aspects.

Participants in this course have roles as manager, project leader, consultant and/or coach or are responsible for initiating changes.

The program of this two-day training is designed around six challenges:

1. How do I choose the most appropriate way of thinking to find a solution in a given situation?
2. How do I encourage the use of imagination in developing solutions?
3. How do I recognize a polarity in a dilemma?
4. How do I get to a climate that is conducive of creating a new solution?
5. How do I make the undercurrent visible and discussable?
6. How do I cultivate my personal power?

Together with other participants, you will actively work on these challenges.
