Training courses

In-house training courses can be delivered on location, live online or hybrid. And you decide on the length of the training.
Facilitation
In order for the brainstorm to be facilitated effectively, it is necessary that you don’t get involved with the content. A facilitator guides the process and adopts a neutral position with regard to the content. Not only is this helpful for your focus, it also delivers better results. This is because everyones input is being valued and the results are not determined in advance.
Now it can be quite difficult to guide (manage) the creative process if you are personally involved with the content. If this is the case then you can contact us. We have a network of experienced facilitators to guide your session.
